Agreement to receive messages

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply when you opt in to receive text messages from Grace Community Care and Homes ("Grace"). By providing SMS consent through a web form or another approved method, you agree to these terms.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving services from Grace. You may choose other available contact methods when communicating with our team.

Types of messages you may receive

Depending on the reason you contacted Grace and the permissions you provide, text messages may include:

• appointment reminders or scheduling updates;
• participant-referral status or next-step updates;
• account or service-related notifications;
• requests for follow-up information; and
• one-to-one conversations with Grace staff about an inquiry, referral, or requested support.

Grace does not use SMS to provide emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Grace Community Care and Homes. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external). To opt out at any time, text STOP.

After you text STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.
